Dauphin Regime. Its residents included famous celebrities and starlights, wealthy
socialites, and even notorious criminals from over a hundred worlds and races. They
mingled with good natured smiles and greetings and a watchful eye and all under the
neutral gaze of Monsiuer la Blanc. Weapons and artifacts were kept in the cloak room
and psionics kindly asked not to be abused. Outside and over the road was the poorly
secreted stake out of the 176th l'Avant de Assaut company, ready to force their way
in and arrest all the patrons and to kill any of those who resisted.
